Cake Design All of our cakes are custom-designed to suit the style and design of your wedding. You can choose a cake from our wedding album, or bring us a picture of one you like and we can work together to create your dream cake. Our cakes are delicious and you can be certain your wedding cake will be remembered by your guests for its exceptional flavor and beautiful design. Our custom-decorated cakes are prepared with the same attention to detail and quality that our customers have come to expect. Ingredients Our cakes are baked fresh to-order, using only the highest-quality ingredients: top-of-the-line imported Swiss chocolates and preserves, fresh whole eggs, Grade AA butter, pure whipping cream, and fresh fruit. Placing Your Order We limit the number of cakes we produce each weekend due to catering and space constraints. Early reservations will assure your cake reservation. Your wedding cake date is booked upon receipt of your paid 25% deposit. The balance is due the day prior to your wedding. Cake details can be determined anytime between your booking and a few weeks prior to your reception. It is always best to finalize details early so you can concentrate on other wedding details.

Delivery and Other Services Our delivery and set-up charge is $25.00 within the South Lake Tahoe area. The charge will vary if delivery is outside our area. We have several round and square silver cakestands, an acrylic cake structure, a wrought-iron cake structure, and "crystal-like" pillars which you can rent for a small fee. These add so much to the final appearance of your cake that they are worth considering. Incorporate fresh flowers or toppers on your cake! For flowers, it is best to coordinate with your florist; you will need to supply the topper. Should you wish The Cork & More to supply and arrange the flowers there will be an additional fee.
